Anyone else seen this annoying one?

Trying to do too many things at once, and places you were exploring/working on get put aside - I intended to start being more active here months ago (I like this site), perhaps I can try again? You may LYAO if my next post is in May....

It's FREE, and takes a few seconds...I have NO sales pitches on there. I still have my own initial contributions to add, but wanted to get the site rolling. I have been working on my far too long awaited project, and am pretty much down to selecting a platform...There was a LOT of controversy surrounding Ning recently, and I'll be honest, they are one of the platforms I am considering....has anyone had positive or negative experiences with them? ALL opinions welcome, thank you.
